By using the website Dipii Stark (the “Website”) and placing an order for products electronically you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies outlined below.

We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies from time to time to accommodate legal changes to the law and it is recommended that you read these carefully each time you place an order with us. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

If you have any query in respect of any of the Terms and Conditions or of our Privacy Policy, then you should contact us at customerservice@dipiistark.co.uk before placing an order with us.

When purchasing products from the Website or registering as a customer to create an account for future online shopping with us, you will be required to provide your personal details including your real name, phone number, e-mail address and any other information as necessary. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment information which is true, accurate and valid at the time of making your purchase. You also confirm that you are the individual referred to in the Billing information which you have provided to us.

When registering to open an account with us for future shopping purposes, should any of your registration information change, please update your personal details within the account settings or notify us by email at customerservice@dipiistark.co.uk. The online password that you create when registering should be unique and kept securely by yourself. Any breach of security must be notified to us immediately.

Products purchased by the buyer are for personal use or gift and should not be re-sold for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. In addition, Dipii Stark reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being sold to any one customer or to any one postal address.

We must receive full payment of the price of the product which you have ordered with us before your order can be accepted by us. Once we receive your payment in full, we will confirm receipt of this payment by sending you an email notification to the email address that you have provided to us on the purchase order form.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the products. Items in your shopping basket will not be reserved until checkout is properly complete. There may be a likelihood of your chosen product being purchased by other customers while you complete your order.

We make every effort to ensure that the colours of our products that appear on the Website are displayed as accurately as possible. The colour clarity may vary on different web browsers and devices and therefore we cannot guarantee exact display of colours that appear on your screen.

We take great care in trying to ensure that the product photos, descriptions and measurements are as accurate as possible and as such, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, we will send you an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order but a confirmation that we have received your order.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Dipii Stark will be completed when you receive an email from us notifying you that the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in the United Kingdom. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of Dipii Stark.

We reserve the right to refuse your order in the event, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms of Conditions.

It is our sole discretion to decline to process and accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the Website whether or not that product has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Orders Delivered within the UK

For all orders delivered within the United Kingdom, all prices on the Dipii Stark Website are given in British Pound Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable.

The total amount of the order including VAT and shipping is displayed in the shopping cart on the checkout page.

You must make full payment for the undiscounted goods at the time of placing an order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We reserve the right to change the price of any product before you place an order to reflect any increase in the cost to us which is beyond our control for example significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture.

We will inform you if a product’s actual price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order at that time before delivery.

If you are a customer whose credit or debit card is not denominated in British Pound Sterling (£), the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

For orders delivered within the European Union, the UK VAT rate of 20% will be applied to the price of the product at checkout stage.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office.  As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Dipii Stark is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by your local customs authorities. To ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure, Dipii Stark uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

You can also opt to pay with PayPal. If you select this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’. You should review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Upon completion of the transaction, you will then return to Dipii Stark.co.uk. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Dipii Stark. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit or debit card to use it. All credit or debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Dipii Stark, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the products that you have ordered.

We take all steps reasonably possible to make our Website secure. All credit or debit card transactions on this Website are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

If you are a registered Dipii Stark user, we will securely store your credit or debit card details on our system for as long as is necessary. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.

If using a promotional code, this is non-transferable and cannot be used as a cash alternative. Promotional code also cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code or offer. Promotional codes must be redeemed by the end date stated in the print.

All rights, including copyright, trademarks and any other intellectual property rights in this Website are owned by or licensed by Dipii Stark or its licensors. Any use of this Website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Dipii Stark or its licensors. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this Website for any purpose. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party) to commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violate the Terms of Conditions set out here, we may deny you access to our Website on a temporary or permanent basis.

We may include hyperlinks on this site to other websites or resources operated by parties other than Dipii Stark including advertisers. Dipii Stark has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-site pages nor are we responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, products or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such external websites or resources.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our product, you can write to us by emailing us at customerservice@dipiistark.co.uk. You will need to provide us with full details including date of purchase, order reference number, your full name, correspondence address and contact details. We endeavour to resolve any issues of complain as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

Terms of Conditions of Dipii Stark together with its policies and procedures are governed by and construed in accordance with the English law. The aggrieved parties agree to submit to the relevant courts of England and Wales which will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Delivery Information

Please note that we only dispatch on weekdays Monday – Friday. Weekend orders will be processed first thing Monday morning GMT. Orders placed on Friday after 11am will be despatched on the following Monday. There will be no orders dispatched on UK bank holidays.

For weekend deliveries please get in touch as we can try and provide a weekend service but this will be at our discretion and a more expensive option.

Order cut-off times are guidelines only and we are not responsible if there are possible delays caused by payment authorisation issues. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

Fulfilment
We aim to fulfil orders within 1 working day.

Contactless Service
A contactless service is available for your order to be left in a designated safe place. You can update your delivery preference in the Royal Mail dispatch email that will follow your Dipii Stark order confirmation email.

Cut off time for orders to be processed same day is 3pm GMT Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Cut of time for orders placed on a Saturday is 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

For customers seeking confirmed delivery dates, we can arrange a courier service at a standard cost of £10.00. It will take between 2 – 4 working days for delivery of your product depending on which country the order was placed from.

In certain countries, guaranteed delivery may not be available. If you reside in a country where such service is not available, then please contact customerservice@dipiistark.co.uk and we will try to arrange an alternative method of secured delivery depending on availability.

To our valued customers, we offer free shipment and returns for orders in the United Kingdom and the rest of the world. For our returns information please refer to our Returns & Refunds section.

The courier costs will include pre-paid customs and duty charges. You will have the option to tick the express option button at the check-out page.

For customers seeking confirmed delivery dates, we can arrange a courier service at a standard cost of £10.00. It will take between 2 – 4 working days for delivery of your product depending on which country the order was placed from.

Returns & Refunds

We aim to deliver a good service and quality products to our valued customers but if for any reason you would like to return your item, you can do so, free of charge by following the guideline below:

Please contact us to authorise your return within 28 days of receipt of goods. You can contact us by email on customerservice@dipiistark.co.uk to quote us of your order number and your reason for return.

Goods should be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags intact, folded and wrapped in the original tissue paper and inside the original unmarked gift box.

You will receive a Royal Mail label via email. Attach this label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring the original dispatch label is covered.

Option 1:
Print your label at home, attach your label to your item, then drop your item off at one of the following locations:

  • Drop off into a post box – available if your item is small enough, you don’t require proof of postage, and you’ve not selected a tracked or signature service.
  • Drop off at one of our new Parcel Postboxes – find one near you.
  • Drop off any item at a Royal Mail Delivery Office.
  • Or drop off at a Post Office® branch – available for all services except Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Option 2:
Use free label printing service available at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office.

  • Simply show the QR code from within your email and we will print your label at a Royal Mail Delivery Office.
  • Drop your item off at the same time.

We use ‘Trackable Return Postage’ service, so please retain proof of this tracking number once you have posted the item to us. We cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us or fail to reach us in good form. Until we receive our customer’s item(s) in good condition, they remain the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them.

Subject to stock availability, we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us within 28 days. In case we are unable to provide you with an exchange, we will first offer you a credit. If you choose to wait for the stock to be available, the item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received and checked by us.

Once the product has been returned safely in its original condition to us within 28 days of receipt of your product, you will be sent an email notification and your full refund will be processed through your original method of payment. Please note, refunds can only be to the card originally used during your purchase transaction. Refund process may take up to 30 days to appear in your account as all banking transactions related to this will be beyond our control.

Refunds to a third party cannot be made.

All delivery and return charges borne by Dipii Stark are non-refundable.

We have the right to NOT OFFER refunds or exchanges for items that are worn, damaged or have been returned in a state that Dipii Stark deems as un-saleable. If goods are returned to us and are deemed non-acceptable for an exchange or refund, Dipii Stark will send them back to the customer. The cost of returning the product will be payable by the buyer. Once the cost of delivery is paid, we will return the item to you.

Privacy Policy

Dipii Stark collects some of your personal information when you use our website. We collect your personal information when you make a purchase, sign up to our newsletter, create an account and when you contact us. We ask you to provide your personal information such as your first name, delivery address, email address and location of country. You provide this information on a voluntary basis and we only use this to provide our products and services to you.

We may collect further information about you during your visit to our website and the completion of your transaction with us. We will notify you on our website if we need to collect further information about you.

We automatically collect your log information i.e. IP address, browsing data and device information. We use this information to enhance your experience, complete your purchase/delivery and provide communication if you have signed up to our newsletters. We will also use your information to, provide you with our products and services, monitor trends, process transactions, identify you and authenticate your details, to improve and personalise our services, provide customer service, research and to manage your account.

We have security measures in place when we store your personal information. We will store the personal information you provide to us in order to fulfil your order. If we no longer require the personal information to provide the services to you, we will delete that personal information.

We may share your information with third-party suppliers who are working on our behalf and require access to your information to carry out billing and payment processing, order fulfilment and customer service. Our providers are carefully selected and we enter into applicable data processing agreements with such third-party suppliers to use your personal information only as necessary to provide services to Dipii Stark.

All third-party suppliers associated with us have their own privacy terms and terms of service covering the personal information you provide to complete your transaction. As soon as you leave our Website, our policies no longer apply. We highly recommend that you read the third-party company’s policies to understand their processes and treatment of your information.

Our Website operates an email newsletter program which is used to inform our subscribers about the products and services we offer. You can subscribe using our online automated process at your own discretion. We may manually process some subscriptions although we will always obtain your consent prior to doing so.

Subscriptions are taken and held securely in compliance with the relevant laws, legislation and regulations. We do not pass any of your personal details to third parties. Email newsletters published by our website or its owners may contain tracking facilities within the actual email.
